City of Joensuu organization grant 2023-

The City of Joensuu's resident participation grant has been funding JoMon's weekly football activities and the annual Meille Saa Tulla football tournament since 2023. Previously, the grant has also supported the hiring of a nanny for a group of Arab and Kurdish women in 2023.

Number of individual players participating in the activity: 425
Number of participants per training session: 8 - 10 players (high school students)

15 - 20 players (futsal)

40 - 60 players (soccer)
Participants aged 16-29: 297
13-15 years old participants: 37
Totally new players: 375
Participants from 67 different nationalities
